Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use the Turvie app or this website. Turvie is provided by FussMaker Group Inc. of British Columbia, Canada. By using Turvie, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence terms for apps. If they conflict, these terms apply where the law allows.

Turvie is here to support you, not to replace your doctor. Check with a doctor as well as using the app, and before making medical decisions.
Turvie is a self-help tool. It is not medical treatment, advice or diagnosis, and it doesn't replace a doctor, counsellor or program. Talk to a health professional about quitting, especially if you drink heavily, are pregnant, or take medication.

Who can use Turvie
You must be 18 or older to use Turvie.
Using Turvie
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Turvie on Apple devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app.
The free week and Turvie Plus
Your first week is free, with everything open and nothing to sign up for, and asks for no payment. After that, Turvie Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, at $8.99 USD a month or $48.99 USD a year (about 55% less than twelve months). Plus is your friend and everything that comes with them. Prices can differ by country and include or exclude taxes as the App Store shows. The app shows the plan, its length and its price before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it's turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Apple handles payments, renewals and refunds under its own terms.
Without Plus, your day counter, check-ins and craving support stay free, always.

No guarantees
We work hard to make Turvie useful and reliable, but we can't promise it will help every person quit or work without interruption. Turvie is provided “as is,” to the extent the law allows.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, FussMaker Group Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Turvie. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change is significant.
